no returns or exchanges

as all of my pieces are one-off designs and i often work with discontinued yarns, i am unable to do exchanges. i also currently do not have the capacity to handle both returns and exchanges.

in any case the that item arrives faulty or with minor damages in the piece that affect wear, do feel free to contact me and i can attempt to mend it. i am however not responsible for any mishap that happens during transit, though i always make sure that the package is secure before posting it out.

with that being said, please try to not get your crochet apparel snagged on a hook somewhere! :”)

shipping and costs

all prices listed on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

singapore - flat rate of $4

international shipping - i try to cap it at no more than $25

if your location isn’t in the above list, just shoot me a message on instagram and i am more than happy to add it to my list <3

please allow 3-5 working days for my to post your item as my local post office does not operate 24/7.

all packages will come with a tracking number that i will update you with, and i am not responsible for any lost packages after this point.

in case of a lost package, i am happy to refund the shipping fee but not the cost of item, sorry!
